If you are a consumer in New Zealand, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) are not excluded or limited by this policy. Under the CGA, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and completed within a reasonable time when no time is set.
Digital educational products must be of acceptable quality and match their description. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature and severity of the failure.

4. Refund Eligibility Timeframes
4.1 Digital Downloads
For downloadable templates and digital resource packs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided that:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the files, or
- You can demonstrate a technical issue preventing access that we are unable to resolve within 5 business days
Once digital files have been successfully downloaded, refunds are generally not available unless the product materially differs from its description or fails to meet consumer guarantees under applicable law.
4.2 Educational Programmes
For seasonal programmes and guided courses, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment if the programme has not yet commenced. Partial refunds may be considered if you withdraw within the first 14 days after the programme start date and have accessed fewer than 25% of the programme materials.
4.3 Workshop Registrations
For workshops, cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellation 7 to 13 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance
If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the applicable refund window has expired
- Dissatisfaction with general informational content where the product matches its published description
- Failure to attend a workshop without prior cancellation within the stated timeframe
- Purchase made through an unauthorised third-party reseller
- Violation of our Terms of Use resulting in account termination
- Requests made more than 60 days after the original purchase date, except where required by law
6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times depend on your financial institution:
- Credit and debit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3 to 7 business days
- Digital wallet refunds: 2 to 5 business days
Refunds are issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). If your account is in a different currency, exchange rates and fees applied by your bank are outside our control.
8. Partial Refunds and Credits
In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or account credit instead of a full refund. This may apply when:

9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of access to purchased materials pending investigation.
We will cooperate fully with payment providers during dispute investigations and provide relevant transaction records as required.
